Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders within India are shipped via secure, premium courier networks. Orders are fully tracked from the moment they leave our workshop. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping charges pertaining to returns and exchanges.

International Shipping

International orders are dispatched via trusted global express freight partners. Please note that international shipping costs do not include regional import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are assessed by the destination country and remain the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery. Customers are also responsible for all return or exchange international shipping fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gift Returns

Gifts may be returned in exchange for another item of equal value or for a digital gift card issued in the amount of the gift item’s original purchase price. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping returns

You may return or exchange any full-priced item within 10 days of the date you receive your order, provided the product is completely unused, unworn, and remains in its pristine original condition.

To initiate a return or exchange, a formal return authorization is required. Please contact our workshop team at csleatherproducts@gmail.com before shipping your item. Once authorized, securely pack the merchandise in its original box and packing materials. Returns received without documentation or in a used condition will be refused.

  • Bespoke Orders: All sales of bespoke items, monogrammed products, and custom orders are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and are issued directly to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • Promotional Items: All promotional, discounted, or sale archive items are non-refundable.

Product Care

 Leather Care

 Our premium full-grain leather is selected for its strength, character, and ability to grow a beautiful patina over time. To preserve its longevity:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to intense heat, direct sunlight, and excessive moisture.

  • If the leather gets wet, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature away from direct heat sources.

  • Periodically apply a high-grade, natural leather conditioner with a clean, soft cloth to maintain its suppleness and protect the surface from drying or cracking.

 Suede Care

 Suede features a rich, velvety nap that requires gentle, deliberate maintenance to retain its texture:

  • Protect your suede items from rain, water, oil, and liquid spills, as these can permanently stain the nap.

  • Regularly use a dedicated, stiff-bristled suede brush to gently restore the nap and remove superficial surface dirt or dust.

  • Always brush in a single, consistent direction to maintain a uniform, clean appearance across the material surface.
